We will also require a letter from the Commercial Attaché in the US EMBASSY of your country confirming your firm as a legitimate gold trading company. Also Proof of ownership.
NOTE if Gold is in the USA we can accept BLM or Attorney Attestation Letter, or other legal documentation.
We would also require an (AML) ANTI- MONEY LAUNDERING form must be completed and returned for review by USA Homeland Security in order to clear all parties receiving funds to assure no terrorist affiliations exist.
We will return signed contract immediately and start the procedure by directing you to ship DIRECTLY to the refinery. We have agents at US Customs at all USA Airports.
A signed contract from the seller is required by our banking institution in order to set aside the funds.
We will not travel to the country of origin or pay any funds up front. We will have Brinks / Garda Security/Wells Fargo at the airport to handle the secure transport to the refinery. We will reimburse 100% of any export, import fees, or travel expenses incurred by the seller at the closing by adding those figures to the purchase price.
Refinery will deliver (POF) – Proof –Of – Funds from Top Tier Bank
You can ship the product via a secure carrier or in the possession of a designated agent. The product remains in your complete control until assay and payment. There will be an assay done by an independent assay lab selected by Refinery; a reserve assay sample will also be set aside in the event there is a major discrepancy when comparing the refinery assay and the independent lab assay. We can take whatever qty of Dust/Bars that you have on a regular basis and will pay you within 72 hours of the assay of the entire lot. All funds are sent thru a lawyer that specializes in paymaster proceedings.
Our refinery can handle any quantity you choose to send as they have the capability to process 20 MT per hour, more if required. They belong to every Gold Refinery Association in the world. We will require verification of your organization from the US Embassy. We can start with small quantities such as 50 KG / 100 KG until you feel comfortable.
