I am looking for a scenerio for DPA when you have a A/B and 6 month C transaction. The C is the Lease Purchase Tenant buyer who is borderlined for FHA loan approval but need a little time for clean up on credit to qualify. These C buyers come direct from the mortgage broker who need to move know instead of waiting. Is there a DPA were the seller (A) will agree to the assistance of buyer(B) knowing that Buyer (C) will purchase in a short time period? I guess that this scenerio would be a short term flip. Thanks for your help.
