One of the keys to funding success is to have a detailed use of funds work sheet. This work sheet will allow you to break down the costs by trade. We encourage you to complete one for each loan and if possible, for each structure.

For large projects we have an additional form available that will help you break down costs monthly for the first year and quarterly thereafter. This helps the funding source with their tranching schedules.
