THE VALUE PROPOSITION: Compared to traditional financing where a Lender would fund 75% of the costs and a Client would typically have to come up with the 25% equity on their own, this is a much better program. This program does not ask for any ownership and can fund up to 100% of the project development costs on a non-recourse, no personal guarantee basis. This Hybrid Debt Program is very beneficial to someone who wants to keep the value that they are going to create over the next 10 to 20 years.
