short on the lenders’ requirement for proof of a seasoned down payment and/or cash

reserves .This is the largest single reason that causes otherwise good deals to collapse,

Bank, so Buyers can meet their lender’s down payment and/or cash reserve

requirements and Sellers can speed the sale of their property.

HOW IT WORKS:

We have access to a wealthy private Southern California Investor who uses his own personal banking

accounts to facilitate this unique service. His accounts are already aged and seasoned at

least 24 months..He places the client on the account as a co-owner, in order to create an airtight,

legally sound funds verification scenario. At all times his funds remain safe and 100% in

his control, and absolutely cannot be liened, encumbered, collateralized, or withdrawn at any

time. The seasoned account can be generally set up within 3-4 business days, and, is

valid for up to 60 days.

ARRANGEMENT FEE:

The Arrangement Fee compensates our Investor and his associates for his time to establish

this unique custom account structure. No other fees other than the Arrangement Fee are

charged. There is a great deal of internal work and legal documentation that goes into this

service, in order to protect the Investors capital and provide transparent account integrity.

For $50 K-$100K, the fee will range from: $10,000- $15,000.00

For $101K to $1,000,000.00 the fee will range from : $15,000.00-$35,000.00

For $1M+ to $2,000,000.00, the fee range from: $35,000.00- $50,000.00
